Emily M. Walker is an Associate at the firm, where she practices in the areas of project development, real estate, healthcare, utilities, energy, and corporate law. She also advises several Taft–Hartley multiemployer plans, supporting clients on complex regulatory and governance matters. Emily earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Public Policy from the University of California, Los Angeles, and holds a J.D. from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, William S. During law school, Emily gained extensive practical experience as a Legislative Researcher at the Hawaiʻi State Senate, a Legal Intern for in-house counsel at Elemental Excelerator (now Elemental Impact), and a Pro Bono Intern at the MedicalLegal Partnership for Children in Hawaiʻi. She also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal and worked as a Legal Research Assistant on food policy matters.
