Kendrick S. Chang is an Associate of the firm, where he practices in the areas of project development, real estate, regulatory, utilities, energy, and corporate law. He advises clients on complex regulatory, administrative, and commercial matters. Kendrick previously worked at a mid-sized Honolulu law firm where he practiced in public utilities, creditors’ rights, and regulatory affairs. He represented clients on a range of regulatory and administrative matters before the Hawaiʻi Public Utilities Commission, Hawaiʻi Community Development Authority, and county liquor commissions. In 2026, he was recognized as an “Emerging Legal Stars” in Honolulu Business Magazine for his early contributions and impact in the legal community. Kendrick earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law. While in law school, Kendrick served as Executive Publications Editor of the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal and a Teaching Assistant in Real Property and Civil Procedure. He received his Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Political Communication, with minors in Criminal Justice and History, from The George Washington University. Beyond his legal practice, Kendrick is actively involved in several professional and community organizations.
